Being guided by Item 32 of article 109 of the Constitution of the Azerbaijan Republic I decide:

1. Add with subitems 8.13-2 and 8.13-3 of the following content "Regulations on the Ministry of youth and sport of the Azerbaijan Republic" approved by the Presidential decree of the Azerbaijan Republic of April 18, 2006 No. 392 (Collection of the legislation of the Azerbaijan Republic, 2006, No. 4, Article 324, No. 10, Article 849; 2008, No. 7, Article 612, No. 8, Article 715, No. 11, Article 970; 2009, No. 12, Article 983; 2010, No. 2, Article 83, No. 10, Article 851; 2011, No. 2, Article 85; 2012, No. 9, Article 856):

"8.13-2. for allocation of financial aid from the government budget for the purpose of maintenance in condition of the Olympic sports complexes, working and suitable from the technical point of view, which are under supervision to conduct calculations together with the Ministry of Finance of the Azerbaijan Republic;

8.13-3.predstavlyat to the President of the Azerbaijan Republic annual data on conditions of activities of the Olympic sports complexes which are under supervision (condition of depreciation of fixed assets and other property, necessary construction, adjusting, repair, recovery work, material logistics for the purpose of long functioning of these organizations) annually till June 15;".

2. To the Ministry of Finance of the Azerbaijan Republic, based on joint calculations to take the measures necessary for annual allocation of financial aid from the government budget for the purpose of maintenance in condition of the Olympic sports complexes, working and suitable from the technical point of view, which are under supervision of the Ministry of youth and sport.
