About modification of the Regulations on licensing of activities in the field of use of atomic energy

Approve the enclosed changes which are made to the Regulations on licensing of activities in the field of use of atomic energy approved by the order of the Government of the Russian Federation of March 29, 2013 No. 280 "About licensing of activities in the field of use of atomic energy" (The Russian Federation Code, 2013, No. 14, Art. 1700; No. 52, Art. 7207).

Changes which are made to Regulations on licensing of activities in the field of use of atomic energy

1. In Item 9:

a) the paragraph one after the words "certified by seal of the legal entity" to add with words "(in case of its availability)";

b) state the subitem "v" in the following edition:

"c) primary state registration number;";

c) add with subitems "g" - "е" the following content:

"d) identification taxpayer number, data of the document on statement of the license applicant on accounting in tax authority;

e) the name and the address of tax authority in which the license applicant stays on the registry;

e) data on payment of the state fee.".

2. Add with Item 9 (1) the following content:

"9(1). If the data provided by subitems "v" - "е" Item 9 of this provision, are not specified by the license applicant in the statement, the licensing body requests missing data independently.".
