Article 1. "About the organization and conducting checks in the Republic of Armenia" of May 17, 2000 ZR-60 (further - the Law) to state the Item "to" part 2 of article 5 of the Law of the Republic of Armenia in the following edition:
"j) in case of purpose of recheck according to the Code of penal procedure of the Republic of Armenia – to perform rechecks in part, the implementation basis for which was pronouncement of the resolution.".
Article 2. To add the Item of part one of article 8 of the Law after the words "during check" with the words "within 3 working days".
Article 3. This Law becomes effective for the tenth day following behind day of official publication.
