For the purpose of execution of the Law No. 111 of May 28, 2015 on accession of the Republic of Moldova to the Regional convention on preferential rules of goods origin of the Pan-European and Mediterranean area (Monitorul Oficial al Republicii Moldova, 2015, Art. No. 166-176, 350), according to the Order of the Government No. 761 of September 17, 2014 about filling, the certificate, issue and the subsequent verification of preferential certificates of origin of goods (Monitorul Oficial al Republicii Moldova, 2014, 809) I ORDER to Art. No. 275-281,:

1. In the Technical rules of filling of preferential certificates of origin of goods approved by the Order of Customs Service No. 412-O of September 23, 2014 (Monitorul Oficial al Republicii Moldova, 2014, Art. No. 293-296, 1380), to make the following changes:

Section II:

Chapter A. Filling of certificates of movement of goods EUR.1:

in Item 9:

after the words ""Republic of Moldova" (Republic of Moldova)" to add with the words "or syntagma which expresses official country name of goods origin".

2. To assign execution of this order to chiefs of customs.

3. To impose control over execution of this order on management of the organization of customs control.

4. This order becomes effective from the date of publication.
