About introduction of amendments to orders of the Ministry of Transports and Road Infrastructure No. 9 of 10:02. 2015, No. 158 of 13.10.2014 and No. 81 of 8.04.2016.

1. Of 10.02.2015 to make the following changes to the Order No. 9:
- to add with the item 3 of appendix No. 1 "Subject and approximate distribution of hours of basic rate" with new subitems 3.2 and 3.3 of the following content:
"3.2 The candidates wishing to receive the certificate of manager on motor transportation transportation of goods and the certificate of manager on motor transportation transportations of passengers study general parts of separate rates only once.
3.3 The candidates wishing to receive the certificate of the driver of cargo vehicles and the certificate of the driver of passenger vehicles in the national/international communication study general parts of separate rates only once".
- the item 4 of appendix No. 1 "Methodical recommendations about teaching-studying-estimation" to add with two new paragraphs of the following content:
"-Training programs for drivers and managers in the field of motor transportation transportations shall contain the requirements provided by the CHARTER of QUALITY of the International motor freight transportation in system of multilateral quota of EKMT, ITF(2015)3/FINAL.
- Training can be provided by methods of sessions in volume of at least 8 hours using information technologies (exercise machines)".
- reformulate the name of the item 1 of appendix No. 2 "Subject and approximate distribution of hours of the following rates" and state in the following edition: "Consultant of safety of transportation of dangerous goods (DGSA)".
