Article 1. "About the organization and conducting checks in the Republic of Armenia" of May 17, 2000 to state part 6 of article 1 of the Law of the Republic of Armenia to ZR-60 in the following edition:
"6. This Law does not govern the relations connected with control from the Central bank of the Republic of Armenia concerning activities of banks, control from the Central bank of the Republic of Armenia concerning activities of the other persons who obtained the license and also with the control exercised from the Central bank of the Republic of Armenia in the cases established by the Law of the Republic of Armenia "About anti-money laundering and terrorism financing" with the control exercised from Control chamber of the Republic of Armenia with the customs control provided by the Customs code of the Republic of Armenia, control of use and preserving lands, the relations connected with the supervision exercised by shareholders, unitholders, founders or members concerning executive body of business entity and also the relations connected with supervision the performed executive body of business entity concerning territorial and structural subdivisions of business entity."
Article 2. This Law becomes effective for the ninetieth day following behind day of official publication.
