About modification and amendments in the Law of the Republic of Armenia "About local duties and payments"

Article 1. "About local duties and payments" (further – the Law) to state the Item "d" of part 8 of article 10 of the Law of the Republic of Armenia to ZR-185 of December 26, 1997 in the following edition:

"e) for social advertizing – 0 dram.".

Article 2. To add article 10 of the Law with parts 8.1 and 8.2 of the following content:

"8.1. In the territory of municipality for one square meter of empty billboards for outdoor advertizing for every month the local duty – in the amount of 25% of the duty established for permission to placement in accordance with the established procedure in this municipality of other outdoor advertizing is established.

8.2. If the advertizing medium extending outdoor advertizing placed and extended advertizing of the organization, then shall pay to the relevant budget 10% of other outdoor advertizing established for permission to placement in accordance with the established procedure in this municipality, according to the area of this advertizing.".

Article 3. This Law becomes effective in 3 months after official publication.
