About entering of amendments into the Law of the Republic of Armenia "About the organization and conducting checks in the Republic of Armenia"

Article 1. "About the organization and conducting checks in the Republic of Armenia" of May 17, 2000 ZR-60 (further - the Law) after the words "Public Service of Safety of Foodstuff of the Ministry of Agriculture of the Republic of Armenia" to add part 1 of article 2 of the Law of the Republic of Armenia with the new paragraph of the following content: "-inspection bodies of the Republic of Armenia.".

Article 2. In article 11 of the Law:

Part 2 before the words "or court" to add 1) with the words "or the appeal commission provided by the Law of the Republic of Armenia " about inspection bodies "";

To add 2) with part 6 of the following content:

"6. The decisions made in higher procedure (regarding tax and customs authorities – the commissions on appeal) according to the decisions provided by this Article can be appealed in the appeal commission provided by the Law of the Republic of Armenia "About inspection bodies".".

Article 3. This Law becomes effective for the tenth day following behind day of official publication.
