Article 1. Bring in the Law of the Republic of Tajikistan of May 12, 2007 "About the state symbols of the Republic of Tajikistan" (Akhbori of Majlisi Oli of the Republic of Tajikistan 2007 г.№5. Art. 362; 2009 No. 9-10, of Art. 551; 2011. No. 3, Art. 162. No. 6. Art. 451) following changes and amendments:

1. In Article 5: - from paragraphs of the first and fourth of part of 1 word of "Council of justice of the Republic of Tajikistan", and "The chairman of the board of justice of the Republic of Tajikistan," to exclude; - add part 2 with the second offer of the following content: "Citizens of the Republic of Tajikistan have the right to use National flag with manifestation of respect for it."; - third to state the paragraph to part 4 in the following edition: "-in holidays and when holding festive events in administrative it is also social - household state and private constructions and buildings, apartment houses, vacation spots of citizens, parks, avenues and squares;".

2. From paragraphs of the first, third and fourth of part 1 of Article 8 of the word of "Council of justice of the Republic of Tajikistan", and "The chairman of the board of justice of the Republic of Tajikistan," to exclude.
