Article 1. Bring in the Law of the Republic of Tajikistan of June 28, 2011 "About the security market" (Akhbori of Majlisi Oli of the Republic of Tajikistan, 2011, No. 6, Art. 456; 2014, No. 3, Art. 151; 2015, No. 11, Art. 976) following amendments:

1. Add Article 8 with the paragraph the ninth the following content:

"-obtain information on beneficial owners (beneficiaries) from joint-stock companies;".

2. Add Article 12 with part 8 of the following content:

"8. Information on owners of the large block of shares of open joint stock companies revealing the identity of owners of securities shall be reflected in the Unified state register of securities which conducts authorized state body on regulation of the security market. Information on owners of securities is provided at the request of authorized body in the field of counteraction of legalization (washing) of income gained in the criminal way and to terrorism financing.".

3. To add part 15 of Article 42 with the paragraph third the following content:

"-to authorized body in the field of counteraction of legalization (washing) of income gained in the criminal way and to terrorism financing;".
