Article 1. Bring in the Law of the Republic of Tajikistan of February 28, 2004 "About industrial designs" (Akhbori of Majlisi Oli of the Republic of Tajikistan, 2004, No. 2, Art. 48; 2012, No. 7, Art. 706; 2015 No. 12, h 1, Art. 1116) following changes and amendments:
