About modification and amendments in the Law of the Republic of Tajikistan "About mail service"

Article 1. Bring in the Law of the Republic of Tajikistan of August 1, 2003 "About mail service" (Akhbori of Majlisi Oli of the Republic of Tajikistan, 2003, No. 8, Art. 462; 2004, No. 5, Art. 341; 2007, No. 7, Art. 684; 2014, No. 7, h 2, Art. 412, Art. 413) following changes and amendments:

1. In Article 2:

- to add the paragraph of the eighth after words of "services of mail service" with words ", having license for rendering these services";

- the ninth after words of "service of mail service" to add the paragraph with words ", having the license for rendering services of mail service";

- the twelfth after words of "core activity" to add the paragraph with the words "and having the license for rendering services of mail service".

2. In the name of Chapter 2 of the word "and regulation" shall be replaced with words ", regulation and licensing".

3. In Article 9 part one:

- add with paragraph one of the following content:

"-licensing for implementation of activities in the field of mail service;";

- in paragraph four of the word "and regulations" shall be replaced with words ", regulatory legal acts and fulfillment of requirements and conditions, the granted licenses".

4. Add with article 11 of the following content:
