Article 1. 1. In Article 8:

- 1 after words "article 17 of this Law" to add part with the words "except for the activities connected with employment of foreign citizens in the territory of the Republic of Tajikistan";

- add with part 3 following of content:

"3. The license by sight of activities, connected with employment of foreign citizens in the territory of the Republic of Tajikistan, is issued for up to 3 years.";

- consider part 3 part 4.

2. In Article 17:

- in the paragraph the sixty second to replace sign of point with sign of semicolon ";";

- add with the paragraph sixty third the following content:

"-activities in the field of mail service.".
