Article 1. Bring in the Law of the Republic of Tajikistan of July 28, 2006 "About other obligatory payments in the budget" (Akhbori of Majlisi Oli of the Republic of Tajikistan, 2006, No. 7, Art. 345; 2009, No. 5, Art. 327; 2010, No. 1, Art. 3; 2011, No. 12, Art. 848; 2013, No. 3, Art. 191; 2015, No. 11, Art. 971; 2016, No. 7, Art. 629) following changes and amendments:

1. Regarding the 2nd Article 4:

- in the paragraph the eighteenth to replace sign of point with sign of semicolon ";";

- add with paragraphs the nineteenth, the twentieth, the twenty first, the twenty second, the twenty third, twenty fourth and twenty fifth the following content:

"-payment from net profit;

- payment for compulsory insurance;

- payment for excise stamps;

- payment for provision of certificates by bodies of standardization, metrology, certification and trade inspection;

- payment for the certificates executed works on issue for import of the liquefied hydrocarbon gas;

- payment on account of the judicial penalties and other penalties and penalties applied by other state bodies;

- payment for the account of special means of state-financed organizations and organizations.".

2. Article 5 (to add 1) with part 4 following of content:

"4. If the amount of obligatory payment is not paid in the time established by this Law and there was debt, the payer from the date of approach of platezhny term to payment date of debt shall pay the corresponding interests for each day of delay according to requirements of article 73 of the Tax Code of the Republic of Tajikistan.".
