About modification and amendments in the Law of the Republic of Tajikistan "About veterinary science"

Article 1. In the Law of the Republic of Tajikistan of December 29, 2010 "About veterinary science" (Akhbori of Majlisi Oli of the Republic of Tajikistan, 2010, No. 12, h 1, Art. 833; 2012, No. 7, of the Art. 704) to make the following changes and additions:

1. In Article 1:

- in paragraph one to replace the word "rickettsiae" with the word "rickettsiae";

- add with paragraphs third, the fourth, the fifth, the sixth, seventh and eighth the following content;

- threat - probability not of observance of the veterinary legislation of the Republic of Tajikistan;

- management of threat - methods of implementation of the preventive actions allowing to determine notification control methods about threat;

- threat assessment - systematic determination of priorities of management of threat by means of assessment and comparison of the degree of threat to the standards which are previously established by the veterinary legislation of the Republic of Tajikistan;
