Article 1. Bring in the Land code of the Republic of Tajikistan accepted by the Law of the Republic of Tajikistan of December 13, 1996 (Akhbori of Majlisi Oli of the Republic of Tajikistan, 1996, No. 23, Art. 351; 1997, Art. No. 23-24, 333, Section IV; 1999, No. 5, Art. 59; 2001, No. 4, Art. 176; 2004, No. 2,, Art. 55, No. 3, Art. 190; 2006, No. 7, Art. 347; 2008, No. 1, h 2, Art. 22, No. 6, Art. 463; 2011, No. 3, Art. 171; 2012, No. 4, Art. 269; No. 8, Art. 828), following changes and amendments:

1. The fourth articles 10 after the words "lease agreement" to add part with the words "or agreements on public-private partnership".

2. Add the code with Article 14 (1) the following content:

"Article 14 (1). Use of the parcel of land based on the agreement on public-private partnership

The parcel of land is transferred to use to the private partner for project implementation of public-private partnership based on the partnership agreement for the term established by the agreement taking into account provisions of article 25 of this Code.

Use of the parcel of land for project implementation is state - private partnership is performed without change of purpose of the parcel of land.

The relations connected with use of the parcel of land for the purpose of project implementation state - private partnership are regulated century compliance with this Code, other legal acts of the Republic of Tajikistan and the partner agreement is state - private partnership.".
