About modification of the Procedure for making of notarial actions by officials of local government bodies

According to Articles 37, 52 Laws of Ukraine "About notariate" and for the purpose of enhancement of procedure for making of notarial actions by officials of local government bodies order:

1. Add Item 2.12 of the Section II of the Procedure for the making of notarial actions by officials of local government bodies approved by the order of the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine of November 11, 2011 No. 3306/5, registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on November 14, 2011 for No. 1298/20036 (with changes) after paragraph one new paragraphs second, third the following content:

"In case of assignment of obligations on making of notarial actions on several officials of local government body - heads each head keeps the separate register for registration of notarial actions. The index which shall match with number of seal of old age is appropriated to each register for registration of notarial actions. At the same time record on the document processed by the head is performed in the form of such set of figures: 1-2, 3-4, 12-1, etc. where the first figure means register index for registration of notarial actions of the head, and the second figure - sequence number of entry of notarial action in the register for registration of notarial actions.

If the specified obligations are assigned by local government body to one official (head), the records performed in case of registration of notarial actions by the specified official consist of one figure corresponding to sequence number of notarial action (1, 2, 3, 10, etc.).".
