Approve changes and additions which are made to some orders of the Government (are applied).

Changes and additions which are made to some orders of the Government

1. In the Regulations on procedure for determination and the asset sale which is not used by the companies, approved by the Order of the Government No. 480 of March 28, 2008. (Official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2008, Art. No. 69-71, 458), with subsequent changes and amendments, to make the following changes and additions:

Item 1 to add 1) with words "at the end, including within industrial parks.";

2) to bring Item 21 in the following edition:

"21. In departure from Item 2 this provision in case idle assets of the companies within the industrial park are rented to residents of the industrial park, these assets can be sold by direct negotiations only to these residents";

3) in the subitem c) Item 11 "appendix" to replace the word with syntagma "appendix No. 1";
