About modification of some legal acts of Ukraine concerning enhancement of the legislation in the field of the state supervision (control)

The Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine decides:

I. Make changes to the following legal acts of Ukraine:

1. In the Code of Ukraine about administrative offenses (The sheet of the Supreme Council of USSR, 1984, Appendix to No. 51, the Art. 1122):

1) in Article 166-21 part one:

to add the paragraph of the sixth after words of "the central executive body" with the words "or relevant state collegiate organ";

after the paragraph of the tenth to add with the new paragraph of the following content:

"not introduction or introduction of false information or data not in full concerning actions of the state supervision (control) in the integrated automated system of the state supervision (control)".

With respect thereto the eleventh and twelfth to consider paragraphs respectively paragraphs the twelfth and thirteenth;

2) in the name and paragraph one of part one of Article 188-45 of the word "the central executive body realizing state policy in the field of development of entrepreneurship" shall be replaced with words "the central executive body realizing the state regulatory policy, policy on issues of supervision (control) in the field of economic activity, licensing and authorization system in the field of economic activity and deregulation of economic activity";

3) in Item of 1 part one of Article 255 the paragraph "the central executive body realizing state policy in the field of development of entrepreneurship, the state regulatory policy, state policy in the field of licensing, authorization system (Article 166-10, 166-12, 16621, 188-38, 188-45)" to state in the following edition:

"the central executive body realizing the state regulatory policy, policy on issues of supervision (control) in the field of economic activity, licensing and authorization system in the field of economic activity and deregulation of economic activity (Article 166-10, 166-12, 166-21, 188-38, 188-45)".
