About modification and amendments in some orders of the Government

The government DECIDES:

1. In the Order of the Government No. 650 of June 12, 2006. "About compensation of the military personnel, the private and the commanding structure of bodies of national defense, state security, public order and law enforcement agencies" (Official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2006, Art. No. 91-94, 692), with subsequent changes and amendments, to make the following changes and additions:

1) in Item 3-1 of appendix No. 5 the text "in limits 0, of the monthly salary fund, provided for payment of the allowances specified in Item 9 of this resolution" shall be replaced with words "from the monthly salary fund";

Appendix No. 14 to add 2) with Item 6-4 of the following content:

"6-4. To the ordinary and commanding structure of Group of special purpose "Panther" of Department of penal institutions is established monthly benefit in the amount of 1000 lei."

2. In Item 2 of the Order of the Government No. 1310 of November 24, 2008. "About Department of penal institutions" (Official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2008, Art. No. 215-217, 1338), with subsequent changes, to replace figures "2920" with figures "2960".

3. Additional costs in connection with enforcement of the subitem 2) of Item 1 will be performed by Department of penal institutions for the account and within the approved financial resources.

4. This resolution becomes effective on January 1, 2017.
