About modification and amendments in the Law of Turkmenistan "About diplomatic service"

I. Bring in the Law of Turkmenistan "About diplomatic service", adopted on August 29, 2013 (Sheets of Majlis of Turkmenistan, 2013, No. 3, the Art. 56), the following changes and amendments:

"The procedure for the organization of activities of consular establishments of Turkmenistan in foreign states is regulated by the separate law.".

Staff of diplomatic service are persons holding the diplomatic positions working in system of diplomatic service which are subject to assignment of diplomatic ranks by it.".

3. In item 4 of part two of Article 6 of the text in state language to exclude the word "wekil".

4. The second articles 6 after item 4 to add part with Item of the following content:

"4-1) Temporarily chargê d'affaires;".

7. After Article 11 to add with article of the following content:

"Article 11-1. Temporarily chargê d'affaires

Temporarily the chargê d'affaires – the employee of diplomatic service working in diplomatic representations of Turkmenistan abroad to whom in absence period of the Ambassador extraordinary and plenipotentiary execution of its obligations is temporarily assigned.".

II. This Law becomes effective from the date of its official publication.
