About introduction of amendments to the Law of the Kyrgyz Republic "About public procurements"

Article 1. Bring in the Law of the Kyrgyz Republic "About public procurements" (Sheets of Jogorku Kenesh of the Kyrgyz Republic, 2015, No. 4, the Art. 327) the following changes:

"5-1) implementation of purchases for accomplishment of the creative project or creative activities in the field of culture and art;".

Article 2. This Law becomes effective after 10 days from the date of official publication.
