1. Ceased to be valid according to the Resolution of the Plenum of the Supreme Court of the Russian Federation of 22.12.2015 No. 58

2. In the resolution of the Plenum of the Supreme Court of the Russian Federation of July 9, 2013 No. 24 "About court practice on cases on bribery and on other corruption crimes":
