For the purpose of strengthening of social protection of physical persons, to life or health of which the harm which is not connected with execution of labor obligations by them is done and according to part three of article 145 of the Law of the Republic of Belarus of July 18, 2000 "About economic insolvency (bankruptcy)" the Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus DECIDES:
1. Approve the enclosed Regulations on procedure, conditions of capitalization, payment and indexation of time payments in indemnification, the physical person caused to life or health not connected with execution of labor obligations by it in case of liquidation of the legal entity or the termination of activities of the individual entrepreneur owing to recognition by their economically insolvent (bankrupts).
2. To the Ministry of Finance when forming the republican budget for the next financial (budget) year to provide in accordance with the established procedure means for payments in indemnification to persons specified in Item 1 of this resolution.
3. To the Ministry of Labour and Social Protection, the Ministry of Economics in coordination with the Ministry of Finance in three-months time to develop and approve:
