About cancellation of fund of support of export

Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus DECIDES:

1. Cancel the fund of support of export (further - fund) created according to the resolution of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of October 24, 1997 No. 1429 "About creation of fund of support of export" (Collection of decrees, presidential decrees and orders of the Government of the Republic of Belarus, 1997, No. 30, the Art. 974).

2. Remaining balance of fund, and also means on accomplishment of obligations according to loans and loans issued from fund, including the added amounts of percent and penalty fee, are transferred into the republican budget.

3. To the republican state bodies, other state organizations subordinated to the Government of the Republic of Belarus, regional executive committees, the Minsk Gorispolkom, and also the legal entities having obligations on return of fund together with Belvneshekonombank open joint stock company in two-month time to bring in the agreements on conditions of representation and use of means from fund of change providing return of money to the republican budget and also to take other measures for implementation of this resolution.

4. Declare invalid:

the resolution of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of October 24, 1997 No. 1429 "About creation of fund of support of export" (Collection of decrees, presidential decrees and orders of the Government of the Republic of Belarus, 1997, No. 30, the Art. 974);
