About introduction of amendments to some laws of Ukraine concerning elimination of administrative barriers for export of services

The Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine decides:

I. Make changes to the following laws of Ukraine:

1. In the Law of Ukraine "About foreign economic activity" (Sheets of the Supreme Council of USSR, 1991, No. 29, Art. 377 with subsequent changes):

The thirteenth Article 1 of the word "the drawn-up agreement is material" to replace 1) in the paragraph with the word "arrangement";

2) in Article 6 part two:

With respect thereto second and third to consider offers respectively offers the third and fourth;

in the third offer of the word "orders, statutory documents" shall be replaced with words "orders (power of attorney), constituent documents".

2. In article 1 of the Law of Ukraine "About procedure of payments in foreign currency" (Sheets of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine, 1994, No. 40, Art. 364 with subsequent changes):

1) the first offer of part one to state in the following edition: "Revenue of residents in foreign currency from export of products is subject to transfer into their currency accounts in authorized banks in the payment due dates of debts specified in contracts, but no later than 180 calendar days from the date of customs clearance (the statement of the export cargo customs declaration) of products which are exported, and in case of export of works, transport services - from the moment of signing of the act or other document certifying performance of works, rendering transport services";
