About entering of amendments into the Law of the Republic of Armenia "About the value added tax"

Article 1. ZR-118 of May 14, 1997 "About the value added tax" (further – the Law) to add article 15 of the Law of the Republic of Armenia with Item 38 of the following content:
"38) the Transaction (transaction), performed within subsidies, subventions and grant programs if the specified programs received to the positive conclusion of the professional jury created by the Government of the Republic of Armenia.
The procedure for activities and structure of the professional jury specified in this Item, and also procedure for qualification by the commission of subsidies, subventions and grant programs and transactions as preferential, establishes the Government of the Republic of Armenia.".
Article 2. Add the Law with Article 39.2 of the following content:
"Article 39.2. In sense of application of article 15 of this Law of privilege specified in Item 38, notes in the agreements signed between providing subsidies, subventions and grants and receiving the specified subsidies, subventions and grant programs shall be made. The privilege is effective from the moment of decision making about qualification of subsidies, subventions and grant programs as preferential the professional commission in the procedure established by the Government of the Republic of Armenia.
