Approve the enclosed changes which are made to the order of the Government of the Russian Federation of November 28, 2013 No. 1084 "About procedure for maintaining the register of the contracts signed by customers and the register of contracts containing the data which are the state secret" (The Russian Federation Code, 2013, No. 49, Art. 6427; 2014, No. 32, Art. 4522; 2015, No. 1, Art. 279; No. 24, Art. 3487).
2. Provisions of this resolution regarding maintaining the register of contracts containing the data which are the state secret are applied during the forming and the direction by customers to subject inclusion in the specified register of data on the contracts signed since January 1, 2017.
3. Maintaining the register of contracts containing the data which are the state secret concerning data on the contracts signed for ensuring needs of subjects of the Russian Federation and municipal needs till January 1, 2017 is performed respectively by authorized body of the executive authority of the subject of the Russian Federation and authorized body of local self-government according to the procedure, the provided Rules of maintaining the register of contracts containing the data which are the state secret, approved by the order of the Government of the Russian Federation of November 28, 2013 No. 1084 "About procedure for maintaining the register of the contracts signed by customers and the register of contracts containing the data which are the state secret" (in the edition operating before entry into force of this resolution), before completion of execution of the specified contracts.
4. This resolution becomes effective since January 1, 2017, except for provisions for which other terms of entry into force are established.
