For the purpose of realization of provisions of the Law on regional development in the Republic of Moldova No. 438-XVI of December 28, 2006 (The official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2007, Art. No. 21-24, 68), with subsequent changes, and uniform application at the national level of the precepts of law concerning legal status of the assets which were purchased, constructed or enhanced at the expense of means of National fund of regional and local development and other sources, the Government DECIDES:

1. Approve Regulations on procedure for transfer of the investment costs created as a result of purchase of goods, services, designs of reconstruction or their enhancements at the expense of means of National fund of regional and local development and other sources it (is applied).

2. Authorize the agencies of regional development subordinated to the Ministry of infrastructure and regional development, sign source documents and delivery-acceptance certificates of document package, confirming cost of the investment costs created as a result of purchase of goods, services, designs, reconstruction or their enhancements at the expense of means of National fund of regional and local development and other sources and to transfer document package to administrative and territorial units – beneficiaries of the corresponding projects of regional development.
