About modification and amendments in appendix No. 1 to the Order of the Government No. 195 of March 13, 2013.

1. Bring in appendix No. 1 to the Order of the Government No. 195 of March 13, 2013. "About payment terms of work of workers of the state higher educational institutions operating in the conditions of financial autonomy" (The official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2013, Art. No. 56-59, 245), with subsequent changes and amendments, the following changes:

Item 1 to state 1) in the following edition:

"1. The faculty of the state higher educational institutions operating in the conditions of financial autonomy (further – organizations), is paid according to the monthly official pay rates and payment terms of work provided by this appendix.

The monthly official pay rates specified in table 1 to this appendix are the obligatory minimum sizes of payment guaranteed by the state, and rectors of organizations are granted the right depending on the available financial resources to increase in proportion their sizes, at the same time the coefficient of the maximum increase makes K=1,5.";

2) in item 4:

a) in paragraph one of the word "except for workers" to exclude;

b) in the paragraph the second to exclude the words "which payment is performed on the basis of the Single scale of charges";

3) in table 1:

a) state the table in the following edition:
