58) is performed by interaction with Administration of the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan and Prime minister's department of the Republic of Kazakhstan according to the functions specified in the Presidential decree of the Republic of Kazakhstan of April 27, 2010 to No. 976;

59) is provided by execution of measures for analysis results, assessment and control of appeals of physical persons and legal entities".
