1. Establish rates of import customs duties of the Common customs tariff of the Eurasian Economic Union (appendix to the Decision of Council of the Eurasian economic commission of July 16, 2012 No. 54) concerning separate types of hours according to appendix.
2. Notes to the Common customs tariff of the Eurasian Economic Union (appendix to the Decision of Council of the Eurasian economic commission of July 16, 2012 54) to add No. with notes 27C - 29C of the following content:
"<27C> the Rate of import customs duty in the amount of 7% of customs value, but at least 2 euros for 1 piece, are applied from 01.09.2016 till 31.08.2017 inclusive.
<28С> The rate of import customs duty in the amount of 7% of customs value, but is at least 1, 5 euros for 1 piece, is applied from 01.09.2016 till 31.08.2017 inclusive.
<29С> The rate of import customs duty in the amount of 7% of customs value, but at least 4 euros for 1 piece, is applied from 01.09.2016 till 31.08.2017 inclusive.".
3. This Decision becomes effective since September 1, 2016.
