About modification of the Calculation procedure by authorized banks of limits of open foreign exchange position

According to requirements of Articles 6, of 7, of 15, of 25, of 44, 56 Laws of Ukraine "About the National Bank of Ukraine" and Regulations on procedure for establishment of limits of open foreign exchange position by the National Bank of Ukraine and the control of their observance by authorized banks approved by the resolution of Board of the National Bank of Ukraine of August 12, 2005 No. 290, registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on August 29, 2005 at No. 946/11226 (with changes), the Board of the National Bank of Ukraine solved:

1. Bring in the Calculation procedure authorized banks of limits of open foreign exchange position approved by the resolution of Board of the National Bank of Ukraine of December 1, 2015 No. 847, the following changes:

The paragraph of the seventh to state 1) in the following edition:

"To Vee's indicator the amounts of active remaining balance of the financial instruments which are available in bank from indexed cost in addition join";

To add 2) after the paragraph of the ninth with the new paragraph the tenth the following content:

"To the SI indicator the amounts of passive remaining balance of the financial instruments which are available in bank from indexed cost in addition join".

2. To department of the public markets (Ponomarenko S. V.) to bring contents of this decision to the attention of banks of Ukraine for use in work.
