According to Item "About system of guaranteeing household deposits" the executive directorate of Fund of guaranteeing household deposits solved 10 parts one of article 12 of the Law of Ukraine:

1. Add the subitem 4 of Item 2 of the Section II of the Procedure and calculation of expenses of Fund of guaranteeing household deposits on content and sale of the pledged property approved by the decision of executive directorate of Fund of guaranteeing household deposits of February 11, 2016 No. 138, the new paragraph registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on March 4, 2016 for No. 353/28483, the second the following content:

"For calculation of expenses of Fund the amount received from realization of pledged property less the value added tax is used.".

2. To provide to department of strategy and normative and methodological providing together with legal department submission of this decision to the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine for state registration.
