About modification of the Customs code of the Azerbaijan Republic

Being guided by Item 25 of part I of article 94 of the Constitution of the Azerbaijan Republic, Millie decides Majlis of the Azerbaijan Republic:

3. Add with Article 93.4 of the following content:

"101.5. Criteria of determination of risk groups at participants of foreign trade for movement of goods and vehicles with use of "Green channel" and other systems of the omission are established by relevant organ of the executive authority.".
