About modification and amendments in Regulations on procedure for appointment and allowance payment to families with children

In the Regulations on procedure for appointment and allowance payment to families with children approved by the Order of the Government No. 1478 of November 15, 2002. "About benefits to families with children" (Official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2002, Art. No. 154-157, 1612), with subsequent changes and amendments, to make the following changes and additions:

1) in Item 7-1 after the words "from the relevant state" to introduce the words "including in case of filing of application in electronic form by means of the single government portal of public services (www.servicii.gov.md) and/or the web page of National cash desk (www.cnas.md).";

Item 8 to state 2) in the following edition:

"8. The statement for purpose of the benefits specified in Chapter II of this provision moves in territorial cash desk at the place of residence or in case of purpose of benefit on motherhood – in territorial cash desk which granted allowance on motherhood, or in electronic form by means of the single government portal of public services (www.servicii.gov.md) and/or the web page of National cash desk (www.cnas.md), or through the representative of primeriya.

The application is submitted according to the sample established by National cash desk.";
