About entering of amendment and change into the Code of Turkmenistan about administrative offenses

Bring in the Code of Turkmenistan about administrative offenses approved by the Law of Turkmenistan of August 29, 2013 (Sheets of Majlis of Turkmenistan, 2013, No. 3, the Art. 52, No. 4, Art. 76; 2014, No. 1, Art. 45, No. 2, Art. 79; No. 4, Art. 162; 2015, No. 1, Art. 10, No. 3, Art. 104, No. 4, Art. of Art. 124 and 143; 2016, No. 1, Art. 6, 29 and 62; No. 4, Art. 140), following amendment and change:

1. After Article 344 to add with article of the following content:

"Article 344-1. Violation of the law of Turkmenistan about counteraction to human trafficking

Illegal distribution of data which disclosure can create threat of life or to health of the victim of human trafficking or its relatives, that is o the victims of human trafficking, the crimes committed concerning them, undertaken concerning them security measures, disclosure of confidential information on the victims of human trafficking and non-rendering of the help by it –

attract imposing of penalty on physical persons in the amount of two to five, on officials – from five to ten, on legal entities – from ten to twenty sizes of basic size.

Note

The victim of human trafficking is exempted from the administrative responsibility for making of the illegal acts caused by its stay in quality of the victim of human trafficking.".

2. In part two of article 445 of figure "334-344" to replace with figures "334-344-1".

II. This Law becomes effective since January 1, 2017.
