About introduction of amendments to the Family code of Turkmenistan

6. The second Article 123 to state part in the following edition:

"2. Case on recognition of adoption of the child invalid or about cancellation of adoption is considered with obligatory participation of the representative of guardianship and custody body.".

II. This Law becomes effective from the date of its official publication.
