If the expenses connected with appearance of the military personnel undergoing military service to production site of legal proceedings and accommodation (fare to production site of legal proceedings and back, expenses on hiring of premises and the additional expenses connected with accommodation out of the place of passing of military service (daily allowance)) are suffered by military unit, the specified expenses are refunded to military unit according to the procedure, the sizes and in terms which are established by this Provision for advance holders, according to its requirement directed by the letter with appendix of the supporting documents provided by Items 5, of 9, 12 - 18 and 22 this provision, with indication of data on amount of time, spent for execution of procedural obligations by them.".
