The government of the Russian Federation decides:
1. Approve the enclosed changes which are made to the Regulations on procedure for realization of the property turned into property of the state, approved by the order of the Government of the Russian Federation of September 30, 2015 No. 1041 "About procedure for realization of the property turned into property of the state and on modification of the order of the Government of the Russian Federation of September 10, 2012 No. 909" (The Russian Federation Code, 2015, No. 41, the Art. 5654).
2. To the Ministry of Economic Development of the Russian Federation with participation of the Ministry of Justice of the Russian Federation in 2-month time to develop and approve procedure for realization of the personal estate (except for shares (shares) in the authorized (share) capital of economic societies and partnerships) turned in accordance with the legislation of the Russian Federation into property of the Russian Federation (including confiscated, the personal ownerless and withdrawn estate, and also goods placed under customs procedure of refusal for benefit of the state when moving through customs border of the Eurasian Economic Union) or the state which arrived in property according to the procedure of inheritance which estimated value makes 100 thousand rubles and less, electronically.
3. Determine that the realization of this resolution is enabled within the limiting Russian Federation established by the Government of the number of employees of central office and territorial authorities of Federal Agency for State Property Management, and also budgetary appropriations provided to the Agency in the federal budget on management and management in the field of the established functions.
