About modification of the Section IX "Final and transitional provisions" of the Law of Ukraine "About public purchases" on purchase of the goods, works and services necessary for ensuring preparation and carrying out in Ukraine the song tender "Eurovision"

The Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine decides:

1. The Section IX "Final and transitional provisions" of the Law of Ukraine "About public purchases" (2016, No. 9, the Art. 89, No. 21, the Art. 407) to add sheets of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine with Item 4-1 of the following content:

"4-1. Determine that till May 14, 2017 the customers determined by the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine can conduct procurement of the goods, works and services necessary for ensuring preparation and carrying out in Ukraine of the song tender "Eurovision", according to the inventory, works and services which affirms the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine, according to the negotiation procedure, the stipulated in Clause 35 these Laws. At the same time the customer has the right to sign the purchase agreement by results of application of negotiation procurement procedure not earlier than in five days from the date of publication in time on the web portal of authorized body of the notification on intention to sign the agreement by results of application of negotiation procurement procedure".

2. This Law becomes effective from the date of, its publication following behind day.
