About modification of the Law of the Republic of Armenia "About hydrometeorological activities"

Article 1. "About hydrometeorological activities" (further – the Law) to state article 17 of the Law of the Republic of Armenia to ZR-145 of February 7, 2001 in the following edition:
"Article 17. Hydrometeorological servicing of armed forces, other troops and divisions of civil defense
Providing armed forces, other troops and divisions of civil defense of the Republic of Armenia with information on the hydrometeorological phenomena and processes is performed according to requirements of this Law, the legislation of the Republic of Armenia.
Providing the foreign armed forces deployed in the territory of the Republic of Armenia with information on the hydrometeorological phenomena and processes is performed according to requirements of this Law, the legislation of the Republic of Armenia and interstate agreements.
In case of the announcement of warlike situation in the territory of the Republic of Armenia the public hydrometeorological service passes with all structure to complete readiness as a part of the state authorized body of civil defense and emergency situations provides accomplishment of the functions provided by this Law.".
Article 2. This Law becomes effective for the tenth day after official publication.
