About modification of the Law of the Republic of Armenia "About power"

Article 1. "About power" (ZR-148 of March 7, 2001) to state Item 1 of article 6 of the Law of the Republic of Armenia in the following edition:
"1. Nuclear stations and nuclear materials are property of the Republic of Armenia. After entry into force of this Law nuclear materials and nuclear stations which will be built in the future can be in property of legal entities. The nuclear power plants and objects which are of special importance from the point of view of safety of use of atomic energy are under construction and taken out of service according to the law, on representation of the Government.
Shares of Armenian Nuclear Power Plant private company of the Metsamor are property of the Republic of Armenia and privatization are not subject.".
Article 2. This Law becomes effective for the tenth day after official publication.
