About modification of the Law of the Republic of Armenia "About power"

Article 1. "About power" (ZR-148 of March 7, 2001) to state article 42 of the Law of the Republic of Armenia in the following edition:

"Article 42. Penalties

1. In case of non-execution or improper execution of the provisions of this Law adopted by the commission of legal acts, conditions of the license of activities by persons having the license for activities, the commission is competent to give orders for elimination of violations and can apply the following types of penalties:

a) prevention,

b) the penalties established by this Law,

c) suspension of action of the license,

d) cancellation of the license.

2. The prevention can be applied as collection in the event of any breach of provisions of this Law, legal acts adopted by the commission, conditions of the license of activities.

3. Licensed persons:

a) non-execution or improper execution of provisions of this Law attracts infliction of penalty, from twentyfold to the forty-multiple size of the established minimum wage,

b) non-execution or improper execution of the conditions of the license for activities shown by the commission attracts infliction of penalty, from five thousandfold to ten thousandfold sizes of the established minimum wage,

c) non-execution or improper execution of the legal acts adopted by the commission attracts infliction of penalty, from five thousandfold to ten thousandfold sizes of the established minimum wage.

4. The sizes (size) of stipulated in Item 3 these Articles of penalties do not extend to construction or recovery of production capacity, the operator of electric utility system, operator of gas supply system, persons having the license for provision of services in the electrical power market and the licensed persons making the electric power by means of renewable energy resources installed capacity to 10 MW (including, small hydroelectric power stations).
