About approval of Rules of carrying out re-equipment of the vehicles which are in operation in case of modification of their design

For the purpose of reduction of the legislation of the Kyrgyz Republic in the field of technical regulation in compliance with the decision of the Eurasian Economic Union of January 26, 2016 "About procedure for enforcement of technical regulations of the Customs union in the Kyrgyz Republic", according to articles 10 and 17 of the constitutional Law of the Kyrgyz Republic "About the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic" the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic decides:

1. Approve Rules of carrying out re-equipment of the vehicles which are in operation in case of modification of their design, according to appendix.

2. To the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Kyrgyz Republic to bring the decisions into accord with this resolution.

3. To impose control of execution of this resolution on department of defense, law and order and emergency situations of Government office of the Kyrgyz Republic.

4. This resolution becomes effective after fifteen days from the date of official publication.

Rules of carrying out re-equipment of the vehicles which are in operation in case of modification of their design

1. General provisions

1. These rules determine procedure for conducting preliminary technical expertize of the wheel vehicles which are in operation in case of modification of their design, carrying out re-equipment, testing and issue of the certificate.
