About additional measures for strengthening of responsibility of officials of state bodies
As a result of deep transformations in all spheres of life of society in Turkmenistan political stability and law and order are provided, the steady economic growth and increase in blagostoyaniye of the people, its spiritual and cultural progress are reached. It makes increased requirements to personnel of heads of state bodies, the companies and the organizations. Separate cases of use by officials of the official position in the mercenary purposes are absolutely intolerant.
For the purpose of further strengthening of legality and law and order in state bodies, at the companies and in the organizations, I decide strengthenings of responsibility of their heads:
Determine that do not fall under operation of the Law of Turkmenistan of December 29, 1999 "About annual amnesty and pardon in honor of sacred day of "Gadyr gijesi" and are not subject to amnesty and pardon within five years from coming into force of conviction of court of person, condemned for making of crimes of official during their work as heads of state bodies, companies and organizations.
