Add with the Item 14.16-1 "Regulations on Consulate of the Azerbaijan Republic", approved by the Presidential decree of the Azerbaijan Republic of February 26, 2007 No. 532 (Collection of the legislation of the Azerbaijan Republic, 2007, No. 2, Article 98; 2009, No. 2, Article 59; 2010, No. 11, Article 968; 2012, No. 11, Article 1107; 2013, No. 10, Article 1153; 2014, No. 9, Article 1058)
"14.16-1. Accepts documents for issue of the individual ID card to citizens of the Azerbaijan Republic which did not perform 15 years, sends to the relevant district (city) departments of registration of the Ministry of Justice of the Azerbaijan Republic and in the territory of the Nakhchivan Autonomous Republic of the Ministry of Justice of the Nakhchivan Autonomous Republic and represents the card which arrived in Consulate to the addressed person;".
2. This Decree becomes effective since January 1, 2022.
