About modification of Section 2.12 of the inventory concerning which the allowing procedure for import to customs area of the Eurasian Economic Union and (or) export from customs area of the Eurasian Economic Union is established

According to article 46 of the Agreement on the Eurasian Economic Union of May 29, 2014 and items 4 and 37 Protocols on measures of non-tariff regulation concerning the third countries (appendix No. 7 to the Agreement on the Eurasian Economic Union of May 29, 2014) the Board of the Eurasian economic commission solved:

1. Make to Section 2.12 of the inventory concerning which the allowing procedure for import to customs area of the Eurasian Economic Union and (or) export from customs area of the Eurasian Economic Union (appendix No. 2 to the Decision of Board of the Eurasian economic commission of April 21, 2015 No. 30), the following changes is established:

a) before the words "List I" to add with the name of the Section of the following content:

"I. Drugs and psychotropic substances";

b) Add the list I with Item of 3791 following contents:

"3791. Gamma hydroxy butanole acid lactone 2932 20 200 0";

c) before the words "List II" to add with the name of the Section of the following content:

"II. Precursors of drugs and psychotropic substances";

d) to add Item 8 of the List III after the words "its isomers" with words ", except for the isomers included as independent line items in this Section".

2. This Decision becomes effective after 30 calendar days from the date of its official publication.
