DECISION OF BOARD OF THE EURASIAN ECONOMIC COMMISSION

of October 25, 2016 No. 116

About establishment of rates of import customs duties of the Common customs tariff of the Eurasian Economic Union concerning separate types of agricultural and manufactured goods and about modification of the Decision of Council of the Eurasian economic commission of October 14, 2015 No. 59

According to articles 42 and 45of the Agreement on the Eurasian Economic Union of May 29, 2014 the Board of the Eurasian economic commission decided:

1. Establish rates of import customs duties of the Common customs tariff of the Eurasian Economic Union (appendix to the Decision of Council of the Eurasian economic commission of July 16, 2012 No. 54) concerning separate types of agricultural and manufactured goods according to appendix.

2. Notes to the Common customs tariff of the Eurasian Economic Union (appendix to the Decision of Council of the Eurasian economic commission of July 16, 2012 54) to add No. with the note 39C of the following content:

"39C) the Rate of import customs duty in the amount of 0 (zero) % of customs value is applied from 02.01.2017 till 31.12.2017 inclusive.".

3. In the inventory to which the Republic of Kazakhstan according to obligations assumed as condition of accession to the World Trade Organization applies rates of import customs duties, lower in comparison with rates of duties of the Common customs tariff of the Eurasian Economic Union, and the sizes of such rates of duties, No. approved by the Decision of Council of the Eurasian economic commission of October 14, 2015 59, line item with code 0805 10 200 0 of the CN FEA EEU in the column of third to add with reference mark "4".

4. This Decision becomes effective since January 2, 2017.
