About modification of the Decision of the Supreme Eurasian economic council of October 10, 2014 No. 79

Bring in the Decision of the Supreme Eurasian economic council of October 10, 2014 No. 79 "About the sizes (scale) of contributions of state members of the Eurasian Economic Union to the budget of the Eurasian Economic Union" the following changes:

a) Item 1 in paragraph one after the words "for 2016" to add with the words "and next years";

b) add Item 3 with the paragraph of the following content:

"In case of change of standard rates of distribution of the amounts of import customs duties for each state member the sizes (scale) of contributions of state members to the budget of the Union are subject to refining and are applied to the purposes of forming and budget implementation of the Union since the year following after year in which change of standard rates is performed.".
